Q: What is available to sponsor?

A: There are 2 sponsorship schemes available

Scheme #1 (whole site)

There is an opportunity to be an exclusive whole site sponsor within IWDP.

Your logo and text link will appear on every single static and dynamically drawn page within the site, this link will appear within the main navigation panel (down the left hand side) and will blend with the existing navigation.

In addition to the above there will also be a text link as well as up to an 8 line description (of the sponsors choice) that will appear in the head of every single e-mail correspondence that the management sends out, both to new member applicants and existing members. This is optional and descriptions and urls will be supplied by you and duly authorised by IWDP.

The cost for this type of sponsorship is £1350 per annum. (Please remember that there will only be one whole site sponsor permitted).

Scheme #2 (individual specialities)

Individual specialities are available for sponsorship within iwdp.co.uk as well as the FAQ. This means that on 'each' page there will be double exposure for your company in the form of a text message, such as:

Proudly sponsored by (yoursite)

(this will appear at the top of the sponsored page)...

...and also by utilisation of an image 234x60 pixels (half-banner) or 148x98 which will link directly back to your site. The image will not be lost at the foot of the page, it will reside directly below the text link described above. Specialities are split into blocks of 30 developers and your sponsorship details will appear the head of every single block of 30 developers.

The cost per speciality is £110 per annum with the FAQ, Accessibility and Search Engine 'O' specialities costing £140 per annum (minimum 365 consecutive days). Recent changes due to a dramatic rise in interest has led to two further opportunities being opened; IWDP front page and IWDP Services selector page both at £250 per annum.

Q: How will my sponsorship benefit me?

A: By virtue of sponsoring a category within the portal you are opening up the potentiality for increased traffic, increased sales and an enviable reputation of being linked with IWDP which has become Europes most popular Web developer promotion site.

For instance: you are the salesperson for a Web Hosting company, your service is something that goes hand in hand with our members, they rely on your service to better their service.

This is the idea behind targetted sponsorship.

Q: Who can sponsor within iwdp.co.uk?

A: Any individual / company / organisation with services relating to the industry are permitted to sponsor the site as a whole or the individual speciality pages. The Accessibility speciality sponsor must feature within the speciality to secure the sponsorship.

Q: What opportunities are currently available?

A: Currently we have FAQ priced at £140 per annum, W3C ,ASP/ASP.NET, PDA/Mobile, CSS and Flash all priced at £110 each per annum.
